No, it is still somewhere at the bottom of the sea between Guam & Leyte. An attempt was made a few years ago to locate the Indy, and some of the survivors went along, hoping to catch a glimpse of her on underwater cameras, but no luck. A wreath was layed at sea and a plaque was dropped in the vicinity of the Indy, but no discovery of exact location (or recovery) has been made. I doubt the ship would ever be "raised", as it is a tomb for approximately 300 crewman.
